HireLaravel connects Clients with independent Developers by providing discovery, profiles and messaging. We do not employ Developers and are not a party to contracts between users.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. User Conduct

Do not use the platform for illegal activity, harassment, spam, fraud, scraping, or attempting unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payments and Fees

Paid features will be described where offered and are subject to additional terms at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or where explicitly stated.

5. Intellectual Property

The platform and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a license to operate the service (store, display, and distribute content as necessary to provide the service).

6. Sponsors and Third-Party Links

HireLaravel may display sponsor logos, descriptions, and links to third-party websites. Sponsors are independent third parties and are not employees, agents, or partners of HireLaravel.

We may track aggregate metrics related to sponsor placements (such as views and link clicks) to measure performance and manage sponsorships. Sponsor content and external sites are provided for convenience only; HireLaravel does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, their content, security, or privacy practices.

Your dealings with sponsors or third-party sites are solely between you and those parties, and you should review their own terms and privacy policies before engaging with them.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

12. AI Hiring Assistant and Search

HireLaravel includes optional AI-powered features, such as the AI Laravel Hiring Assistant, that help you describe roles and discover relevant developers. When you use these features, we may send your prompts and related contextual information (for example filters, developer profile attributes, and previous conversation messages) to third-party AI model providers so that they can generate responses on our behalf. These providers may include vendors such as Groq or similar AI infrastructure services that offer model hosting and inference.

AI responses are generated outputs and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. They are provided for convenience only, do not constitute legal, financial, or other professional advice, and should not be treated as a substitute for your own judgment. You remain responsible for decisions and actions taken based on AI suggestions.

You must not submit sensitive personal data, passwords, payment details, or confidential information that you do not have a right to share into AI prompts. We may limit or suspend access to AI features where necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address misuse.
