TracxTMS - Trucking Management Software - Canada

- Designed and maintained a large-scale Transportation Management System (TracxTMS) to
streamline shipper–carrier logistics, including real-time GPS tracking, route optimization, load
planning, and carrier management.
- Led GPS integrations with multiple providers including Samsara, Geotab, Motive, Verizon,
Prometheus, and FourKites, enabling reliable live tracking and end-to-end supply-chain
visibility.
- Owned the end-to-end GPS integration lifecycle, including R&D, integration design, live
tracking services, monitoring, and troubleshooting for mission-critical logistics workflows.
- Served as the primary integration subject-matter expert, supporting a 40+ member
engineering and onboarding team, delivering remote training to 100+ drivers, and driving
platform adoption.

- Developed and scaled DigiWarr, a SaaS-based Warranty Management System (WMS) covering
100% of battery supply-chain business operations, digitizing the complete warranty lifecycle
from manufacturing to end-of-life.
- Designed application architecture and MySQL database schemas, implemented mission-critical
backend features, and built RESTful APIs to support mobile applications and system
integrations.
- Reduced warranty leakage and enabled ~3% profit improvement through process automation,
and elimination of paper-based warranty workflows.
- Implemented and maintained SAP system integration using automated import/export
processes and FTP-based data exchange, collaborating with SAP technical teams to ensure data
